Refund and return policy
LoudPixel sells professional services, not goods. Nothing is shipped and nothing is provisioned when you pay — a person does the work — so there is nothing to return. What follows is when money comes back, and how to ask.
All prices and refunds are in US dollars. Engagements are sold by 7288603 Canada Inc.
Before the work starts: full refund, and I offer it
After you pay, I look at your site before I begin. If I conclude the engagement is not worth doing — your catalog is further along than you thought, or the answer would not change anything — I tell you and refund you in full. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to argue.
That has happened and it will happen again. It is cheaper for both of us than delivering work neither of us believes in.
After the work is delivered
An audit or a fix pack is written by me, by hand, and delivered with one live hour to walk through it and argue with it. If you are not satisfied with what you received, email me and say what is wrong. I would rather redo the work or return the money than have you tell someone else you were disappointed — these are handled individually, and I answer within two business days.
The monthly retainer
Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice. Email me and the next charge does not happen. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no discount lost on anything you have already bought. The month already paid for is delivered.
How to ask
Email contact@loudpixel.ai with the order reference from your Stripe receipt and one line on what happened. Approved refunds are returned by Stripe to the card you paid with; your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually within five to ten business days.
There are no physical goods, no shipping and no restocking fees. I work on your site and never inside your payment account, so a refund never requires you to give anything back.
This page states our refund practice in plain words. The full contract is in the terms of service; where the two differ, the terms govern. Your statutory rights as a consumer are whatever the law of your jurisdiction gives you, and nothing here reduces them.
