How toNotification channels

Notification channels — overview

Route LoudPixel citation alerts and weekly GEO reports to Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, SMS, webhooks, Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets. Email is on by default.

LoudPixel sends two kinds of notifications: critical citation alerts (your AI citation rate dropped, or a competitor overtook you) and the weekly digest (Autopilot's GEO report — score, fixes, keywords). A citation drop you see an hour after it happens is a fix shipped the same day; one you see next Tuesday is a week of lost AI-referred pipeline.

Email is your default channel — it is on from the moment you sign up, with zero configuration, sent to your account email. Every other channel below is opt-in.

Configure everything in Account → Notifications. Each channel has a toggle, its config fields, and a Send test button so you can verify the wiring in seconds.

The 30-second sanity check

After connecting any channel: toggle it on, paste the config, hit Save, then Send test. If the test message lands, real alerts will too — both use exactly the same delivery path.
