Connect WhatsApp & SMS notifications

Phone channels are for critical alerts only (citation-rate drops) — the weekly digest never pings your phone.

Steps

1. Account → Notifications → toggle WhatsApp or SMS on.
2. Enter your number in international format — +<country code> <number>, e.g. +1 555 000 0000, +44 7700 900000, +41 79 000 00 00.
3. Save → Send test.

Number rules

Your number is validated before anything is sent:

• Supported regions: North America, most of Western Europe (UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, NL, BE, CH, AT) and Australia.
• Blocked: premium-rate numbers (e.g. US 900/976 area codes), shared-cost, and voicemail-only numbers.
• The number must be entered with its country code — bare national numbers default to US parsing.

Troubleshooting

• "Region not supported" — your country isn't in the allowlist above; use a messaging channel (Slack, Telegram) instead.
• "Twilio credentials not configured" — phone delivery isn't enabled on this LoudPixel deployment yet; contact support or use another channel meanwhile.
